Allow 2+ hours from Seattle area
-From I-90 head east to Cle Elum and take Exit 85.
- Go across the freeway and follow Hwy. 970 toward Wenatchee for 6 miles to Teanaway Road and turn left.
-OR-
-From Blewitt Pass Highway. Junction Hwy 97 and Hwy 970 head west toward Cle Elum. Continue 3 miles to Teanaway Road and turn right.
-THEN-
Continue for 12 miles to end of the blacktop. Take the right fork on to the dirt road. Follow signs to Beverly Campground (4miles). Continue another 4 miles on dirt road.
HIGH COUNTRY OUTFITTERS/CAMP WAHOO will be on your left.
Campsites are available near our camp.
Motels are available in CleElum. |

Out of State Arrivals: Fly into SeaTac International Airport south of Seattle, Washington. Camp is approximately a 2 hour drive from the airport. Follow the directions above from the Seattle area. You will need to rent a car or take an Airport Shuttle to Cle Elum. Arrange ahead of time and someone from High Country Outfitters will pick you up in Cle Elum. CAMP WAHOO:
Located in the national forest, 28 miles from Cle Elum. The elevation at camp is 4000' and is on the N. Fork of the Teanaway River near the trail heads. This wilderness location offers spectacular views of the Cascades. Also the base of operations for High Country Outfitters trail rides.

Office Headquarters: Located on the Teanaway River just before it flows into the Yakima River. No horse activities take place here. This is our year round office and off season storage for all the camp gear.
