Any camp registration after June 1st must be paid in full with a Visa, Mastercard or Discover card. NO CHECKS!
Special payment plans may be set up through the camp business office.
A detailed receipt with our EIN number for tax purposes will be sent via e-mail. Please save for you tax purposes.
IMPORTANT: Please read the "What to Bring"ASAP. Getting ready for Camp Wahoo takes a little extra effort. There are required items that you can purchase online from suppliers we have suggested at reasonable prices. Print out and save the "Confirmation" for all the detailed instructions on camp check in times and other important information. This contains all of the details to fully prepare you for checking your camper in to camp.
Required at camp check in: Print out the "Medical Form"from the website, fill out and bring along when you check your camper in for their session. A doctor's signatureis not required unless there is a medical directive that we are to follow while your camper is at camp. This is one of the documents that if it does not make it to camp check in, your camper cannot ride until we have this filled out and signed by you.
Required at camp checkin. Print out the "Release Form" from the website, fill out and please sign the helmet waiver if you choose to send a helmet other than an approved ASTM/SEI riding helmet. This is another document that if it does not make it to camp check in, your camper cannot ride until this is filled out, signed and in our hands! A special Leadership application for CIT and Jr. Staff is located in the "Registration" area. Please print out, fill out and return by the April 1st deadline for a free T-shirt. If your camper is going to attend the Leadership training and participate as an Adventurer, both the Camper registration and the Leadership application are necessary. Sign up to be an Adventurer with the camper registration forms and send or FAX in with appropriate fee's. Sign up to participate in the Leadership training with the Leadership Application marking the dates available to return with the appropriate fees for the training. |
