Camp Check-In and Pick-Up:
Please! No dogs. DeRoux Campground next to us is a good place to let your dogs out.
All the VERY IMPORTANT detailed information on camp check in and pick up is in the Confirmation section found to the left of the Camp Wahoo pages. Please read the confirmation area so you are prepared and informed. A reminder e-mail will be sent 1 to 2 weeks before your campers session. Thank you!
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Check in times are on Sundays between 3:00 and 5:00 PM.
Bring medical and release forms, trading post money, letters for your campers along with all of their gear. There will be one person available for private consultation during the check in period. The staff personel and the CIT's or Jr. Staff will direct you to that person.
Pick up times are on Friday at 4:00 PM.
There is a closing program for parents and family members. It is a fun time for campers to share all the great events of the week. The program ends with the Horse Parade. Your camper will be ready to leave no later than 5:00.
Be prepared to check the Lost and Found. Medications and change from the Trading Post money will be returned during the program. |
