- All but $100.00 registration costs will be refunded before June 1st.

- Deposits may be applied to next year's camping session in lieu of a refund if cancellation is before June 1st.

- Refunds minus $100 registration costs after June 1st will be made ONLY IF we are able to fill your campers spot. If spot is not filled, a $400 credit will be issued via e-mail toward the next summer's camp. Can be used for camper or an immediate family member only such as a brother or a sister. No other discount applies

- If your camper must go home during their session due to illness, there is an option to return later in the summer if there is space available or above policies apply.

- A $20.00 fee will be added to each returned check.

Parent Camper Trail Ride or Family Overnight Refund Policy:

Cancellations made the Sunday before the ride will be refunded at 1/2 the fee per rider. No refunds on cancellations made the day before the ride.

- SPECIAL NOTE: Due to the nature of our business, cancellations made after June 1st will be refunded in October, no later than October 31st of that year.
